4K Guide ↗︎

NDI® Support

NDI® support has been discontinued due to low demand, licensing requirements, and lack of troubleshooting options.
The DroidCam OBS plugin is the recommended approach for producing content with your phone camera.
You get:
✓ WiFi & USB transfer options on all supported systems.
✓ Hardware accelerated video on all supported systems (NDI®|HX equivalent).
✓ Up to 4K video capability.
✓ Direct integration with no external dependencies or additional licensing overhead.

StreamLabs Support

StreamLabs Desktop (formerly SL-OBS) does not support external plugins, so direct integration is not possible.

You can use DroidCam with StreamLabs,
* As a regular webcam with the DroidCam PC client.
* Using a 'Browser' source and the following URL template: http://WIFI-IP:PORT/video/SIZE.
Valid SIZE options are: 640x480 (or 480p), 1280x720 (or 720p), 1920x1080 (or 1080p).
For example: http://192.168.0.1:4747/video/1280x720
